Most employees are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement

Four out of five ISM Canada employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.  Since our inception, we have recognized the right of Information Technology employees to choose to be represented by a labour union, and about 80% of our employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements. 

In Saskatchewan, close to 250 employees are represented by the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada - CEP Local 911 .  In BC, about 170 employees are represented by the British Columbia Government Service Employees' Union (BCGEU)
