ISM Canada named one of 2012 Canada's Top 100 Employers

ISM Canada has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 workplaces from among close to 2,800 organizations for the second consecutive year. Participating employers undergo a comprehensive application process, through which they are assessed based on human resources practices, community relations activities, and working conditions.

Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition is organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc.. Employers are evaluated along eight key attributes: Physical Workplace; Work Atmosphere and Social; Health, Financial and Family Benefits; Vacation and Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training and Skills Development; and Community Involvement.
