ISM Canada Employee named Analyst of the Year by HelpDesk International (HDI) Regina

ISM Canada is pleased to announce that Kelly Ripplinger has been named 2008-09 HelpDesk Analyst of the Year by the Regina Chapter of Helpdesk International (HDI).This is a great honour and reflects Kelly’s commitment to customer success and excellence in innovative IT service delivery.

Kelly has been recognized by peers and colleagues in client organizations for her professionalism, knowledge, and teamwork. Last year, Wade Hagen was named HDI Regina's 2007-08 Analyst of the Year.
