ISM Canada Employee named Analyst of the Year by HelpDesk International (HDI) ReginaFor the second year in a row, an ISM Canada employee has been named HDI Regina's Analyst of the Year.

ISM Canada is pleased to announce that Kelly Ripplinger has been named 2008-09 HelpDesk Analyst of the Year by the Regina Chapter of Helpdesk International (HDI).This is a great honour and reflects Kelly’s commitment to customer success and excellence in innovative IT service delivery. Kelly has been recognized by peers and colleagues in client organizations for her professionalism, knowledge, and teamwork. Last year, Wade Hagen was named HDI Regina's 2007-08 Analyst of the Year. Kelly and Wade belong to a team of over 500 ISM Canada employees who are dedicated to every client’s success, who bring proven expertise in the full range of IT services and who are committed to helping our clients optimize their investments in IT.
