EPIC Services Features

CD-ROM Services (Standalone and LAN-based)
This powerful PC-based medium offers a cost-effective retrieval and distribution service for all document types, eliminating the need to do costly internal upgrades of hardware and software as volumes grow. Our CD-ROM creation and duplication department can:

Convert existing print stream data for viewing on a CD-ROM;
Process pages complete with customer defined indexing;
Create an exact replica of printed statement/disconnect notice;
Accommodate mainframe, PC or any other storage media as input;
Retrieve data through a GUI front-end by an index search, text search or simply browse;
Multiple users can access the data simultaneously by distributing multiple CD-ROM copies or by networking in a PC/LAN environment with a user license.

Server-Based and Electronic Statement Presentment
While providing the same basic service as the CD-ROM option, the server-based solution goes a step further by archiving documents on a server located at ISM Canada. The option of viewing this archived information anywhere and anytime using only a standard Web browser is also available.

Optional Internet/intranet viewing allows customers and service representatives to come into our clients' company Web page to view the exact image of the statement or disconnect notices that are hosted at ISM Canada. Users can log onto their corporate Web site to view their data
