With nearly 30 years in executive management Mark Lemmerick is an experienced leader with strong skills in business development, organizational development and change management. He has played a key role in a number of very successful business turnarounds, divestitures and acquisitions throughout his career.
Mark has worked in a senior executive capacity in the technology, transportation and recreational development sectors. He began his career as Vice President, partner and shareholder of Software 2000, which won numerous business awards. In 1997, with the sale of the company he moved to SHL Systemhouse. He subsequently took on leadership roles at Winward Group of Companies, ISC, Prudhomme Group of Companies, Sun Dale Recreation Ltd, and the Global Transportation Hub, before accepting the position of Chief Operating Officer at ISM.
As one of ISM’s most senior executives, Mark provides leadership in business development, corporate operations, project management and corporate transformation, as ISM moves to become much more of a customer-focused business solutions company.
Mark has an Executive MBA from the University of Regina, Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business. A natural leader, Mark leverages his skills and abilities to help others. He provides business mentorship support to a range of different business organizations and assists in judging Saskatchewan’s Progress to Capital Business Competition. He is passionate about adventure sports, including flying, motorcycling and scuba diving. He is also a musician and performers two to three times per year with local musical groups.
