Chief Information Officer
Robert’s career with ISM began in 1983 in the role of as financial system support analyst. Over the next 30-plus years, he worked in a wide range of positions within the organization, moving into management in the mid 90’s, in which he became responsible for ISM's new service line supporting workstations and
client/server environments. He became ISM’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 1998 and then added the role of Director of Integrated Services Delivery in 2006.
In January of 2015, Robert’s CIO position was expanded to support the company’s focus on Business Solutions. He now works with customers on identifying business needs and assisting ISM in leveraging information technology for the development of targeted business solutions.
Robert’s strength has been his ability to implement sound management practices that ensure quality and reliable service delivery. He integrates this strength in his expanded CIO role, enabling ISM to offer high quality, reliable and innovative services that support customers’ strategic business objectives.
