The DOT autonomous seeder will reduce labor costs and the capital cost of new equipment for farmers. With simplified, secure, cloud-based data storage and standardization of power platforms, the final product will ease the workload of farmers, by helping to automate farming with precision. Going forward, DOT has decided to partner with ISM Canada to operationalize their IT systems and cloud applications.
